Let's Get Personal





It's been officially 1 year since I've taken my fitness journey seriously. It's still nothing impressive, but compared to where I started I think I've made a pretty good attempt. Weighing 50kg, I used to have a stick thin figure all through high school. My weight plummeted to 45kg once after surgery, but I'll spare you the details. It was until I saw how thin I was compared to my friends in a picture that I decided to really try and physically change my body shape.

No one is ever fully happy about themselves. But instead of blaming yourself and the world, give yourself a chance to be the better you. Try signing up for your local gym, or follow the fitness community on YouTube. If you have bad skin like I used to (believe me, you can't be worse than what I experienced), visit a dermatologist to get prescription. There's always a solution for everything, it's whether you're eager to work hard for it.

At the end of the day, its more than your physicality. We'll all grow old one day where our looks would fade. It's about developing the drive and ambition for a change. If you can overcome this one obstacle, than you'll be able to face the other hundreds and thousands that you would no doubt encounter in your life.
